Please refund me!
On Wednesday 03/07/13, I helped my daughter to book in at Cape Town International. Her fight was 08h55. My husband did the original booking which I never saw. I only received a reminder for her flight the day before the flight. I understand from the person who books the luggage in, there was a notice on the original booking confirmation you are only 1 bag allowed. This notice did not appear on the reminder. We were charged R350! for 2 tock bags??? They did not allow us to wrap the two bags together to avoid the extra charges. The weight of the bags were under 20kg.
If this is such a problem for kulula I would suggest rather helping your customers with this matter and keeping in stock those cheap checked patterned bags from Pepstores of any other shop. They only cost R30! This way you get what you want - "one piece of language per person" and "happy satisfied customers". This is a much better solution than charging us R350!
To top everything - my husband had a flight from Lanseria on the same date to Cate Town - 06h00 on 03/07/13. This flight was delayed with nearly an hour. Kulula do not have a problem keeping professional working people delayed at Lanseria
