No concern, No empathy pathetic attitude Unhelpful

Person was very rude and stated that a visa was needed to visit to 2 European countries even though in transit... The airport said they could reroute the flight without a problem When we got to the air france desk all seemed in order until a blonde lady in charge tried to rip us off she first said there was no availability and than request we pay 8 thousand to fly the next day... On her notes on the the system regarding this incident she now states where Flights but she didn't allow us because we were rude... The customer should not be treated in this esy its is unlawful and unethical... The person responsible for this yarmisjewvthe whole airlines reputation and should be take up on charges by the airline I am disappointed and disgusted at how we were treated I will neber be flying this airline ever again...
