I wrote to Mango to let them know about my expirience thinking that they would help. I was late by 10mins for my check in for my 20.45pm flight on 30/06/2013. I wrushed to their office at the airport hoping that they would change my flight or put me on standby for the next day but i was told there is nothing they can do. I emailed them about it and explained everything i know flights can be changed or you can be put on standby with an extra charge that would have been incurred by me not them, the response i got from Cinzia was that unfortunately there is nothing they can do. That for me is not good enough, this was my 1st time flying Mango and i think i know the reason why i have flown with other airlines, there is no such thing as there is nothing that can be done when i arrived 30mins before take off. The least they could have done was to change my flight or put me on standby. I am extremely and highly upset with this airline and am not satisfied with the response and the attitude that i got from Khosi, she was in a rush to go home she couldn't care and didn't want to do anything for me.
