Please Clean up!

Hi There!
On Sunday 10 November, I was on your City to City coach from DNB to JHB. It was my 1st time in one of your coaches and sadly my last. Ohh boy, little did I know that I will be sharing my space with cockroaches. They were all over the coach, from the windows to the seats and the floor. Some were lying dead on the floor, obviously they`ve been there for a while, since it looks like you don't bother cleaning and fumigating your coaches.

The last straw was when we stopped over in Montrose and I went to get a cup of coffee, I get back to my sit, open the cup holder, you should have seen them crawling out of that cup holder. I`m a very hygienic person and I found your coach very disgusting. Please invest in cleaning and fumigation!
