Childrens safety at risk!!!

We hired a coach (off the website - quite smart coaches) for a primary school outing. We specified twice that the coach have seatbelts for the children. After paying nearly R3000 for the coach, one arrived WITHOUT seatbelts! The bus looked horrific, smelt awful, half the curtains had fallen off! Shocking!! I Nothing compared to what was advertised on the website!
I immediately called the office and another coach was dispatched. The 2nd coach arrived, still not up to our standard, not clean and there were seatbelts but they could not be fastened to keep the children safe in case of an accident!
We then emailed Zoe to let her know about the problem. Instead of the 'customer always right, keep customer happy attitude' we were shocked that she put the blame on the sub-hire company - Rainbow Coaches! But we did not pay Rainbow Coaches but SNAPPY COACHES!! I've received shocking emails from Zoe and Laura at Rainbow Coaches!!
Their website says - "Our vehicles are properly maintained. You can rest assured that your reservation is safe and secure."
I DON'T THINK SO!! Don't be ripped off!!! You WILL NOT get what you paid for!!!
