No bus arrived - Refund

My GF was supposed to come back on the city to city bus from middelburg on the 14/07/2013. The bus just did not arrive at all. I had to use my money to throw in petrol in my car to go and fetch my girlfriend in middelburg. This is really pathetic service as we tried to call the contact number all sunday afternoon. afterward we tried calling park station in jhb for a refund but we were not even able to get through to speak with someone. This is really bad service. Once again i had to drive back to park station just to be able to speak with someone. We will make sure that none of our friends or family ever make use of your bus services again.
