Golden Arrow staff ignoring complain

I have forwarded the below to [Email Removed] however no acknowledgment provided:

On Friday 19/07/2013 one of your drivers has pulled a very dangerous and I feel life threatening stunt on the road.

Incident:

Time: 16:55

The incident occurred just before the corner of AZ berman drive and Morgenster road, while I was driving, home from work your bus driver was in the yellow lane I assume dropping off passengers, there was another car at the back, upon finishing dropping the passengers he just indicated to the right, not even knowing that there is cars currently coming on in the lane, the car in front of me had to slam the brakes, then myself had to do the same.

Upon that I hit the curb as I could not have stopped in time otherwise I would have been in the cars boot, if I had not have done so.

Now this has caused damages to my car, because of your reckless drivers.

The bus number was 4128 I could not get hold of the number plate but I think it starts with 206...

The driver was also wearing spectacles, and was very unaware of the situation which had taken place.

So in order to resolve this, I would like Golden Arrow to investigate this and provide the necessary compen.
