My brother Onke Poni, ID 840608 5595 08 1, was booked on the 17h45 coach departing from Durban to King William's Town on 24/06/2013. An amount of R260 was paid by mama at the station yesterday (Sunday 23/06/2013). He will be unable to make the trip and thus she went to the station to try get a refund and was told the system was offline. The Whole Day! She called me (in Jhb) to assist and I tried the contact numbers 086 158 9282 and 011 774 8304 the entire afternoon with no joy. I then went online and found that the websites were down for [URL Removed] [URL Removed] and [URL Removed] didnt provide an option to assist.
