Mango charge excess for 1.7kg on bag from overseas

Mango in the interests of customer service refused to waive 1.7kg over the limit bag weight when I was flying in from overseas (obviously my bag is going to be more than 20kgs).

Had to take goods out of my suitcase and put it in my laptop bag... seriously, so now the plane is going to be lighter?

Fantastic welcome home to SA... I would recommend anyone from overseas using a different carrier until Mango decide they would like to provide a decent experience for the people who pay their salaries.
