Mango's attitude toward Good Custome

I travel to and from Johannesburg using Mango Airlines virtually every week. Work in JHB and live in CT. Never ever in the time that I have travelled has my hand luggage been weighed (this is just an aside). I arrive at the airpot in JHB on Friday morning with more luggage than usual as I am spending three weeks in CT and both my hand luggage and suitcase are overweight.By a mere 4 kilograms. 2 in the Suitcase and 2 in the hand luggage. After spending (personally) a small fortune with Mango for the past 2.5 years travelling backwards and forwards (did I mention EVERY week), they made me reduce my hand luggage and charged me for the extra kilos. Now really? The supervisor said categorically that ALL hand luggage HAS TO BE WEIGHED and NOTHING over 7 kilos is accepted. MMM. So what happens with self check in and walk though boarding gate bags? They are cleary NOT weighed and FURTHER to this, there were but MANY hand lluggage bags over 7 kilos on my flight on fridayand I have crew members to prove it. Not really my point, my point is after spendign SO MUCH money you charged me and gave me hassles for a mere 4 kilos. SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING. Kulula here I come.
