Mango Airlines
Cannot find suitcase

My mother (Mrs Marina Botha) was on a wheelchair put on the 12H20 aeroplane (9the Jan 2013) form Lanseria to Cape Town.
The porter took her small suitcase and put it near the pilot. At cape Town airport she was push out by a porter without the suitcase. When she ask around at the airport know one can find the suitcase. I am sure this is the responsibility of Mango Airlines. Please help us. We already talk to a lot of people at Mango and know one can help us.
