I made a booking via cellphone on Sunday the 14th, for a flight from Jhb to EL, when I got to the payments part it said Oops payments did not go through, a notification sms came from fnb indicating that money has been debited, I then called the contact centre, a onsultant said she will get an authorization code and finalise booking, after that 2more smses from fnb came in, notifying of 2more debits. So I was debited 3times for one booking. I have been making calls to the contact centre, everyone promising to get back to me. I lastly spoke to Masixole who also promised that a reversal will be done. At the time I was enquering about 2 debits but realised later that its 3debits. I need urgent action to be taken on this as this money is needed. Its no fault of mine that this money was debited. I expect R1239.times 2 back into the account. R2478 must be deposited. ASAP
