Failed booking but debited amount - 4th time!

Hi there,

I am very unhappy to say that this is the 4th time this has happened to me recently. I make a booking online, and on payment the amount is debited from my card, but i get the message:

Oops, there's been an error in processing of your payment. Please try again.
Oops, we were not able to process that form of payment. Please go back and select another option for payment to secure your seat.

The previous time it happened, I tried with one card twice, without success, and then a 3rd time with another one, only to realise afterwards that all 3 attempts have been debited! When i contacted the call centre I was assured that the amount will be reversed within 3 days, and yet, I am still waiting, 2 weeks later. As if anyone can just wait around for thousands of rands these days.

The booking I made today is critical and I simply cannot wait for you to return my R1700 whenever you find fit. Please attend to this immediately and return the outstanding funds. I am absolutely furious and appalled by this low quality of service!
