There is no quick way to capture the bad experience I've had! I will keep lodging complaints every 5 days - something needs to be done! Bad customer service, faulty systems, unfriendly staff.. this trip has resulted in R1150 in additional costs! It could've EASILY been avoided by simply flying with a different airline, so I'll just do that in future. Kulula has robbed me!
