Kulula bad Arrogant attitude

I have booked a flight on Saturday 1st Feb on Kulula flying from Durban on the 10th feb to Lanseria. I have booked my return fligh for the 12th Feb at 18h25. All was confirmed and I have received my ticket. I have made the necessary arrangements to stay in JHB for 3 days. 6 days later, kulula send me an update on my return flight, moving my time to 14h25, without contacting me. Unfortunately I am in training till 15h00, so the 14h25 flight is no good. When I phoned in to query this, I spoke to Tambududzai who was extremely rude on the phone. Now that want me to fly a day earlier, or a day later. I cant fly earlier as I have business for 3 days. They want to move my booking to a flight leaving OR tambo. This means that I will incur additional costs as I have to leave my rented vehicle at OR tambo and not at Lanseria. Kulula is not prepared to compensate me for the additional costs. I can fly a day later, however they are also not willing to pay for my additional hotel fair. Their attitude is basically, stuff you customer. I am a frequent flyer flying monthly on Kulula, THIS IS THE LAST TIME THAT I WILL USE KULULA. That is for sure. Their attitude stinks!
