Again Kulula- this time in English??

I posted a report (nicely) regarding my flight experience from JHB to Cpt Town MN133. The cabin pressure and temperature was NOT right. My feet were swollen for two days! I get the UNACCEPTABLE response of 'we try and accommodate all customers temperature needs'. KULULA- THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THAT PLANE. I mentioned my family have a history of DVT's, and this swelling is a huge risk. So unfortunately, by trying to tell Kulula nicely, 'hey, please check it out, as I fear for my family's health on your flights', it has ended in me NEVER flying Kulula again. Mango now has my business- because of your over confidence, and lack of care when reading these reports.
