Refusal to pay in Refunds

We have cancelled 2 tickets and were told refund will be in our account by 6-8 weeks. We are now in the 11th week and Allistair keeps saying they are paying in and nothing in our accounts. Last date promised was 9th June and still no money in sight. They now do not reply to emails. They also changed figures of refunds twice and although we thought this was not in order, we accepted this. Now we know we were cheated by this company. We will take this up now to our lawyers if we do not receive full refund by Friday 14th June. Our refund reference is: ZA00079804
