Defective vehicle

I purchased a 2008 Seat Leon FR in March 2013. During the 1st mth of purchase I had a few issues that were sorted by the dealer. However in the middle of June 2013 i experienced a loss of power when accelerating hard, I booked my vehicle in at McCarthy VW DBN (i also work here) to check on my vehicle, the quote was for 25k. Obviously Ntt VW did not trust the quote, so I received an email from the DP - Eugene Evenwel saying, that he has made arrangements with another dealer to verify my claims & repair my vehicle, the agreement was made between Ntt Vw & Hoopers Vw, I was told to send my vehicle over. 6 days later my vehicle was returned with nothing done. Eugene then asked me for another quote with a dealer discount, which I did send to him from my dealership, he then says that he will pay 30% and the full amt when he has inspected the replaced parts at his dealership with a team of experts. I find this strange as he has not rejected my claims as I assume the report from the other dealer confirms my claims. My dealership will not repair without full payment. I am tired of being given the run around, he either repairs my vehicle or take it back. Ntt Vw does not keep to their promises.
