Greyhound is not worth the money we pay

What I don't understand is the we don't mind to pay extra for good service but his is bull. The bus that was meant to be here at 22:10 is still not here and it's 23:00 the feedback I just got is that it's just left Johannesburg which means another hour the buss will be here at midnight. I need feedback on this. To think that had they said this earlier I would driven to parkstation joburg to get my brother but instead I will have to wait for over 2 hours.
