Shocking service causes financial impact on client

There aren't enough characters for this! I have lost discounts I could have received. We now have to fork out more money because the agent did not advise us correctly. IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE ONE DAY BEFORE WE LEAVE AND WE ARE GRASPING AT STRAWS TO MAKE THIS WORK! She said we'd have the tickets by 6pm! I am absolutely convinced that she has done this on purpose, as I emailed her about the flights today at 17:48. She then forwarded my email to her co-worker at 17:51, and her co-worker sent me a response at 17:56 saying I have to pay!! ABSOLUTELY MISLEADING&LYING AS SHE DID NOT EVEN GIVE US A QUOTE OR INDICATION THAT WE'D HAVE TO PAY!! I HAVE ONE DAY TO SORT THIS OUT BEFORE LEAVING OR ELSE I WONT BE LEAVING IN ONE DAY! This is absolutely unacceptable!!! DOES SHE NOT REALISE THAT THIS IS A SERIOUS ISSUE? She has not fulfilled one aspect of your company promises mentioned on your website! She has failed us as clients, as well as your company! The level of service and assistance from Brigitte was nothing less than shocking! The attitude, lack of communication&assistance, the whole Flight Centre experience has been a terrible one!!!
