SAA
5 hour delay without any communication

Today myself and 300 other People flew to Frankfurt with SAA. The flight was delayed from 7:30pm to 1am. The very first announcement made was after midnight - to tell us they would make an announcement in another half hour. No-one was there to manage the situation or even convey basic courtesies expected under the circumstances. What an embarrassment - I'm sure I wasn't the only south African wishing I could hide from all these foreigners who can't believe the situation. No wonder the company is sinking.
