Flight JE272 was delayed due to reason unknown to any of the crew.

Communication of this was do so bad that most passengers had no idea what was happening the crew REFUSED to speak to the passengers and requested the captain to make the announcement which he was also reluctant to do and BLURTED this out as he passed the passengers.

The delay was moved several times and incorrect announcements had passengers running up and down between different gates.

Passengers were asked to report to a gate just to me greeted with a refreshment voucher after most were waiting for 2 hours already and already HAD THEIR refreshments - useless.

NO communication was done on the reason or length of the delay and had passengers waiting until late hours of the night to board. Uninformed and somewhat rude staff did not ease this burden as not authority figure was present to answer basic questions.

This speaks volumes to the dedicated customer care of the airline.
