I am highly disappointed in the conduct of your so-called members of staff. Frontline staff is suppose to be helpful and efficient, however it seems as if your frontline staff at Cape town international airport either didn't get the memo or its just how mango prefers to conduct their services, not only were the staff members unhelpful when i checked in but as a result of them sending me from pillar to post the gates subsequently closed and my flight left. They had announced three times and i repeatedly asked if that wasn't an announcement for me and she said I quote "that announcement is not for mango flight".now i relayed on this information coming from the mouth of your staff member which subsequently caused me to miss my flight. I subsequently learnt that this information was incorrect Now I am expected to pay an additional thousand plus, over and above my previous booking. Now had your staff members been alert and properly trained I would have been able to make my flight because she would have been able to recognise the urgency of the situation. This has been by far thee worse travel experience of my entire existence.
