I made a reservation on tuesday 18th June 2013 for a staff member to travel from Port Elizabeth to Johannesburg on the bus leaving on the 19th June 2013 & when the reservation was made I was told that the ticket would be R299 & was instructed that the ticket needed to be paid by 14:00 on the 19th. When my staff member went to pay the ticket he was told that it was R400. When I phoned to enquire about it I was told the ticket was R499. I spoke to Elise (National Branch Manager) about it I was told that prices are subjuct to change without notice. She did not care that the reservation had been made the day before & I was told that if I didn't like it that I should use another bus service as theirs is a coach service. Her attitude was completely disgusting with no customer service & a don't care attitude saying that I would use the service again as they are the cheapest... no wonder SA Roadlink has had so many tragic accidents in the past. My staff member looked at one of their busses where the toilet isn't even working & cockroaches running rampant all over the bus, when I mentioned this to Elise her only responce was... its not one of their busses, Strange it has Roadlink on the side!!
