Dear Sir/Madam,

My family and I are frequent Kulula flyers and yesterday my husband booked tickets for the entire family to fly from Jhb to Durban. The total cost for 4 passengers was approx R7500. We had searched all flights from both Lanseria and OR Tambo and finally settled on flight from OR Tambo with the Lanseria options being only about R600 cheaper. U can imagine my disappointment when I went online to check today and flights from Lanseria were approx R4600 for the same dates, nearly R3000 lower.

I understand that prices fluctuate but for them to DECREASE within 12 hrs leaves me extremely frustrated and to be honest I feel quite cheated. I called your call center only to be told that to change flights we would incur a cost of nearly R700 per passenger.

Your explanation on previous complaints on pricing speaks about fares moving from lowest to highest but certainly this does not apply in this instance. This whole experience has left me severely disappointed in knowing that your company policy of transparency is all but a sham and I can honestly say that booking with Kulula in the future will be only as a last option.
