My niece Noluvuyo Plaatjies travelled on the 6th June 2013 from JHB - CTN. The buy arrived in Bellville at approximately 12pm. When she got off the bus to collect her luggage, the bus drivers told her they could not find her bags with the tag no B7058059. Inside her bag was all her shoes, her father''s shoes, jerseys, coats, all her clothes which could amount between 6500-7000. She was told she could apply for compensation of her loss with Intercape. We've been dealing with a lady by the name Shana @ intercape. Everything was emailed to her as she requested (affidavit & proof of ticket).

Today we are being told that there is nothing they can do, as this is, and according to their terms & conditions, its not covered. Commuters must claim from their household insurancees.

The ticket was purchased from shoprite, with no terms & conditions or even fine print.

I feel we are being robbed here, Please help
