Smoking inside the couch

I have arrived this morning from Pe to Cape Town, it was my first time on intercape. i was shocked by the tolerance shown by the intercape staff when they was a passanger smoking on board. The terms and conditions of carriage are clear, no smoking in the bus. The smoker should have been told to leave the bus immediately. We had close to 10 babies on board.

Its safe to say it was my first and last time on intercape. They dont deserve the money they are charging.
