I bought a air ticket thru travel start in 2012 i made a mistake in the booking destination, they would not refund me they told me to purchase a new ticket.which i did and at a later stage i could use the ticket . now when i want to use the ticket they tell me it is no longer valid.!!! they say when i called in they advised me that the ticket would only be valid for a period of time
so im telling them nobody advised me of anything they just told me when we want to go to the destination we could use the ticket. so they have the so called date that i called in i WANT THEM TO LET ME HEAR THE RECORDING OF THEM TELLING ME THAT
all of a sudden they cannot pick up any recording?
SO IS OUR CONVERSATION RECORDED YES OR NO?
