Hi,

i would like to bring to your attention, last night we missed our flight, and so when arriving at the airport we were informed to buy a new ticket. no problem at all, we missed our flight, and we take responsibility for that, however we then get quoted R 4, 700.00 for a ticket that is selling on the SAA website for R 2, 700.00.

obviously we booked a new ticket online (reference:8QRLSL) for a flight 2 hours later, when then trying to check in, we get informed that the transaction has not yet been processed although the money has been taken off my credit card! the airline further forces us to buy another ticket cash at the airport at a ridiculous premium! and tells us to then cancel the ticket purchased online, where you then again charge me a R285 cancellation fee.

I Honestly feel like this is day light and request someone to look into this matter! the ticket price purchased at the airport although HIGHLY inflated, i can accept, however the cancellation fee due to SAA system issues is practically! i have not yet been refunded, and i hope this matter will be addressed and corrected and the full amount be refunded to me!
