I was telephonically contacted by E Mogotlane from FNB Credit Card Division on 2nd July 2013 requesting me if I was interested in opening an FNB credit card with them and that they will settle my credit card with ABSA. She forwarded the forms to me and I filled it in and returned same the following day.

That same day I received my quotation, signed it and sent it back. I collected my card on the 18th July 2013 at the branch, which activated my card.

To date, my ABSA Credit card has not been settled. WHAT IS GOING ON FNB!!! I am thinking of returning to my previous bank with the level of service that is going on. I telephonically spoke to 4 different people today and none of them were able to assist me. I forget their names, but will post all their names as soon as i remember.

Bad bad bad service!!!
