Booking wrong & Bad facilities at hotel

This is not the first time we have similar experience. We booked for 4 adults at Mount Sierra, cape town and requested spesifically for a Table mountain view unit. It has been confirmed. When we arrived the booked unit is not a front but a side unit and has no view. Only one double bed and a BROKEN sleepercouch (that not even kids will be able to sleep on).we then requested some matresses... received terrible condition flat sponge matresses.window clips broken and cant close properly. Curtains are torn. No duvets available. No warm water. Very bad tv reception. It is such a disgrace!! Very upset and disappointed!!!
