Book Direct, Dont use RCI

First Time we used RCi to Book a Durban holiday was Terrible. It seems RCI can only get all the C grade accommodation. After Flying from Cape Town to Durban, driving to Margate, Unpacking, we felt water dripping on our heads in the Kitchen. Apparently there was some issue and we had to pack everything and move unit. Will not even mention the location of this unit... Nothing like was shown on pictures.

Now we have booking for tonight at Club Mykonos. Phoning the resort to confirm booking, only to be told we have an Hillside unit. We are taking kids with and will now have to drive every time we want to do something...

In Future we will rather do our own bookings and get decent accommodation that suits our needs.
