DISGUSTING ATTITUDE AND SERVICE FROM STAFF

We booked at the Caribbean estate from the 25th till 30 December, the service we received was terrible, In one of our units we had no maid services for two days and we were fined when we had no assistance to clean up, then the items were broken in the unit on arrival and I complained about it, on exit the white guy brought all the broken items which we told him about placed it on the reception table and tried to blame us for breaking it, and pretended he knew nothing of our complaint, when I showed him my email reporting the breakage on arrival, he then said he will fine us for smoking in the unit without any valid proof, and insisted we did when my guests smoked on the balcony of the house, and left the ashtray inside to be washed,
the second unit B8 we requested an inventory check list but nothing was given, we had told the maid items were broken on arrival, she refused to assist us on the inventory list an treated us very rudely, said we did not inform her on the broken items. When we left the resort the managers were extremely rude to us when we tried to explain or defend ourselves from all the been spoken, On departure we were extremely upset had to drive to JHB.
