Bel Aire Hotel
Horrid Service for a 4Star hotel

I paid for a room with a view BUT we got the first floor and all we could see was the trees in front of the hotel. We requested a room with a view and that is what the website said, the response we got was sorry ma'am but we have large groups coming in tonight can you come back tomorrow morning and query again? We leave it and go for supper at the restaurant at the hotel. We waited 20minutes by the door eventually we were seated on the couches, when seated at our table we waited 30mins for drinks! they were not even busy! Saturday morning we had NO hot water we informed reception and maintenance was sent up and nothing was done they could not move us to another room the matter will be sorted they said. We go about our day get back fall asleep get woken up by a gunshot and a fight right outside the hotel door that cant be helped ok fine. Sunday morning we wake up need to leave and still no hot water management was called maintenance man comes up says its the unit and the plumber will be out on Monday nothing can be done so we pack up head down to eat but cannot have breakfast as they are full and there are 5tables to be seated before us and all management can say is"we do apologise"
