Truely s human error from our side

Please be advised that we booked bus tickets for departure from Pietermaritzburg to Johannesburg on the 27/05/2013, via your Website Services. The booking date was for supposedly the 29/05/2103. But due to human error (an honest mistake) the booking was made for the 28/05/2013.

When the passenger this morning arrived at the Bus Depot to board on their departure, they were refused entry on the bus (even though there we ample seat availability), even after a full explanation was given as to what have occurred and the booking error in cognito.

We called the Call Centre, as well to explain our situation, but was blatantly told that they cannot assist us, and that, that is the end of it!
We are not asking for a refund of the money, but accommodate us in the near future when we need for example a return ticket to Pietermaritzburg.
It is shocking to see the service levels of your company, along with the fact that we did not eve receive a courtesy phone call as to why the bus was not boarded on the 28/05/2013.
Rest assured that we will not leave this matter as is! We await to hear by the end of business today!
