Charged 3 times and still no refund!

Kulula has no put no effort into rectifying their mistake in overcharging me. I paid for an airline ticket 3-times because their website crashed. This was two weeks ago, and after much communication, most from my side, the simple matter of refunding my money has not been sorted out.
I posted a report on Hello Peter on the 21st of May. I simply got their standard 'your report has been escalated...' response. Well, in my view it has not been escalated. Nothing has happened!
I am just disgusted by the call centre service inefficiency, and simply cannot understand why this is taking so long. The worst is that I am not the only person with this type of complaint. If you view the reports against Kululka, this is a common feature, one person was even charged 6 times!
