On the night of 24/05/13 I travelled from Joburg to Durban and my worse experience was the treatment I got from ticket examiners was a nightmare, which was the horrible experience. The air condition was unbearable I couldn't take it as it was so cold and in that time I was suffering from Flu..I nearly froze to death. To my surprise I reported the matter to ticket examiner of the Bus 157 and the man (Moses) he just laughed at me and again I reported the matter to the lady examiner too' but my plea was just ignored, we travelled from Joburg until Montrose which I notice most of the passengers on board we wrapped in blankets as we we're travelling on a open van, when we got off for refreshments I managed to speak to driver himself and he spoke to the same man I reported to and I was promised the matter would solved, but it was just a like they are used to that reports and let it go, and we travelled until Pietermaritzburg that when I saw four white passengers got off the bus and after then the aircondition was switch off, that's when I realized that first preference was given to them' which is some kind of bad treatment given to black passenger's more than whites. Bad service!!
