REROUTING WITHOUT PIOR NOTICE

I travel from Crossroads to Hout bay everyday Mon to Fri. I have noticed that the Hout bay buses are no longer going down Lansdowne rd (don't know the new name) it turns off at Stock road. This is not the only bus that does that but others as well. Some days the bus drives straight on other day sit just totally turn at BP/Pick n Pay express. Why is there no bus ticket Crossroads to Hout Bay? Im paying for a destination which I am not going to.
