Us did not come

On 05/04/2013 at 16:15 the Lost city bus did not arrive. myself and many other passengers were left waiting.
On a friday between 16:15 and 16:20 a Lost City bus is supposed to pick up passengers opposite the Sanlam headoffice in bellville. From 16:15 to 17:20 we waited for the Lost City bus and in this time 4 Rocklands buses passed us by! Why 4 Rocklands buses and no Lost City bus at all? Just doesnt make sense. For over an hour we waited until the 17:20 bus arrived. I dont see why we have to fight for good service, especially since we're paying for it!
This is not the first time myself and the others have had an issue with Golden Arrow about the availablity of Lost City Buses. Petitions and complaints have been directed to Golden Arrow. Eventually we were given 2 buses from Monday to Thursday, but as ive mentioned this issue was resolved.
