Sally Berry's Hout Bay Cattery
Best service/support I've ever received

On 30 December 2012, my beloved siamese cat 'escaped' from a cattery in Hout Bay. When I notified Sally Berry's Hout Bay Cattery, who had looked after the same cat previously (I called her to commiserate), she immediately pledged her support to finding him by recommending animal trackers, keeping up daily contact with me and even walking around the neighbourhood calling him. I am absolutely bowled over, as my cat wasn't her responsibility! Although I haven't found him, I will always treasure the memory of how Sally helped.
Sally's care of my cat whilst he was at her cattery was also exemplary. Her cages were clean & neat, she sent me pictures so I could see how he was doing, and notified me immediately when my cat developed a possible infection.
All business owners could take a leaf out of Sally's book!
