Driver had a bad attitude towards three of us

We take the bus from N1 city where it usually used to be Village 3 and two of them and now not knowing the other was Harare via en_route crossroads where when we got the driver said it goes through nyanga terminus only to be informed afterwards by passengers that it goes via Crossroads and we ended up getting off.

Now the makhaza one arives at 19:42 where its supposed to be at 19:30 we explain to him what had happened and he tells us he is not going to listen to whatever we have to say we should put it up with the previous driver that we got off from, so hypothetically speaking we must chase a bus. We rt arguing as I said it was three of us who had this problem but all in all he says th ebus won't go until he clips our tickets even though they have been clipped bearing in mind he is already alte and we have to miss our lifts tour detination... so we end up cliping them to tell you the truth I don't think its fair to have a man this rude as a driver I demand an explanation about this and you can call me on 0712796164 or e-mail to [Email Removed] [Email Removed] I hope this will be dealt with high priority asap this is not on I've never seen such disrepect.
