Booking went all wrong in Hout Bay

I booked a place called Villa Hout Bay Heights off [URL Removed] website. They had my flight details and they knew I was landing at 9pm, yet they booked me at a place that closes at 9pm without warning. I arrived to find that the place I was supposed to stay in was firmly locked up and they wouldnt answer their doorbell.

I ended up sleeping in the car. So thanx [URL Removed] for ruining my weekend away and making me pay to sleep in the car.
