We booked a ticket for my son to go to JHB and he was suppposed to get on the bus at 3:15 in the morning. We were waiting at the busstop, at Shell ultra city garage in Kroonstad. The bus by 5:30 still didn't pitch up. There were some inspectors that took down my detail and said they will follow it up. Nothing happened. Since that morning I phoned basically every second day. None of their people ever phone back. On 12 April the asked me to sent an e-mail of which I did. After that another few regarding this refund. I am still waiting. He took another bus that morning of which we could buy a ticket on the bus.
