On 21 September 2012 I signed a contract with TSO Solutions and paid them an amount of R15995.00 to dispose of my Flexiclub points. The agent Mr. Rezaan Abrahams promised that all the paperwork and transfers would be done by November 2012. To date only the transfer fees of R995.00 was paid but the 2013 levies and transfer from my name has not been done. As the result Flexiclub is hounding me for payment of overdue levies and now has a court order against me. I am going to be labelled as a bad payer or even blacklisted because of their shoddy administration and customer service. I cannot contact them because the landline is discontinued and they do not answer their cell phones. PLS HELP URGENTLY as I do not have the money to pay the outstanding levies!!
