They have ripped me off

TSO Solutions contacted me in January 2013 to assist me with cancelling my Flexiclub Timeshare. They about the procedures necessary to cancel my FlexiClub membership and insisted that only they could successfully attend to this. In order to proceed I was instucted to make payment of R26500 to them which I did on 30 January 2013. To date they have not instructed Flexiclub regarding my cancellation nor done any of the services paid for.

I called Flexiclub today and they told me that all that was needed for cancellation was an instruction and that my account had to be uptodate. However i missed the cut off timeframe for cancellation which runs each year during the months of January to May.

So Mr Le Page why would you charge me R26500 for a service which you did not perform.
