Money Gates not working!

I entered P4; wanted to go to P5 - Arrived at P5 - the display was scrambled - a lady with a white Toyota Tazz was in front of me, and eventually she gave up - I thought she was technologically challenged; and when she reversed, I entered... Nothing to do! The display was scrambled! It would NOT accept my ticket! I Was FORCED to go to P4! NO Support staff! I had to pay P4 rates; even if that was not my choice. YOU decide FOR me!! Good work ACSA! me dry! Take my money - make the airports better as what they are - because currently... if THIS is what I get for my money (R600 I Paid) - you're in BAD shape!!!
