Flexiclub cancelled without letting me know!!!

Last year, I complained about not being able to sell my Flexiclub membership and getting no joy out of the company. They finally said they would be reviewing the situation early in 2013. I paid my fees in October and received my new statement advising me that I now had 16105 points and R9932.91 in user charge available.
So I decided to try and use those points and my holiday savings ASAP.
But when I tried to make a booking this week, I was informed that my membership had been cancelled in November 2012 and that I had had until December 2012 to use my available points. On this site, Flexiclub states that they sent me a letter and now considers the case closed. I RECEIVED NO LETTER. Flexiclub has both my phone number and my email and they could not let me know? This is absolutely deplorable. Those 16105 points and R9932 holiday savings were PAID FOR BY ME!! I should be entitled to use them especially since I was NOT notified of the cancellation.
