Levies out of hand

I have had Timeshare for 11 years, my levies started off at R 2175.00 per annum and my purchase price was R 25 000 in August 2002. My levies for 2013 are over R 6 000.00 per annum.

No one will buy my Timeshare and I can no longer afford it, I was told that if I do not pay my levies, I will be blacklisted.

I want to get rid of it.
