Don't ever trust Air Namibia!!!

This is not really a complaint - this is just to inform all "future" passengers on air Namibia to rather reconsider flying with them - Rather pay a bit more and fly with a airline that will not and deceive you. After logging my complaint with hellopeter I have just been promised the claim will be finalized today and we will notify you of the payment. Nothing is going to happen for you!!! Customer service doesn't exist!
