Never reached the destination, bus breakdown

Good day

we booked a bus ticket for Pretoria 05 May 2013 16h30 arriving in King Williams Town 06 May 2013 06h10. The problem occurred first Bloemfontein with a request from the drivers to share and overload, the next big issue was when the bus stopped moving in Aliwal North (Eastern Cape), due to bearings or related mechanical problems.

From 3am we had to wait until 7am for public transport, 60 passengers including myself were late for appointments due to this.
